Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide from our studio in Tuggerawong, NSW. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Domestic shipping rates & estimates
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $12 AUD flat rate
- Express shipping (1–3 business days): $18 AUD flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations. We're not responsible for delays once your parcel is with the carrier, but we'll always help you track it down.
International shipping
At this time we ship within Australia only.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@damiansdirect.online within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
