Products & pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until your order has been dispatched.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damians Direct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
